PHONG NHA VILLAGES BIKING TOUR ITINERARY

In the morning

8:00-8:30 am: Our English tour guide will pick you up at your homestay or hotel in Phong Nha town. Then, the local guide will briefly introduce the regulations and itinerary before starting the Phong Nha cycling tour to explore Phong Nha countryside villages.

8:45 am: We cycle along Son River to reach Bong Lai Valley to join in local farming activities in the rice paddies, pepper farms, or peanut fields. In addition, you can also learn how Vietnamese-style popcorn is made.

After that, we will visit Gia Hung village, where a local rice wine shop is known as the best in the area, and learn how to make Vietnamese rice wine.

Upon arrival at the Bong Lai Valley with Phong Nha cycling tour, you will experience many interesting activities at The Duck Stop, Wild Boar Eco Farm, and so on.

You can ride on a buffalo, feed the ducks, and massage by the duck group at the duck farm. In addition, you can bathe at the Bong Lai stream and play the Bong Lai swing at the Wild Boar farm. 

Besides, you can also challenge yourself to ride a bike through a Monkey bridge at the Cuong Rung farm in the Bong Lai Valley.

In the afternoon

1:30 pm: We will cycle to Phong Nha boat station to take a Phong Nha boat for 2.5 km along the Son River to reach the cave. Sitting on the boat, you can see beautiful views along two river banks of Son River with the clean jade water.

After reaching the Phong Nha cave, it’s time for you to explore a myriad of giant stalactites and stalagmites with various shapes and colors.
