PARADISE CAVE AND MOOC SPRING FULL DAY TOUR

Paradise Cave

As its name evokes, it is a paradise of a myriad of magnificent stalactites and stalagmites in various shapes and sizes. Moreover, it is up to 31.4 kilometers long, and some parts up to 200 meters wide. With its impressive size and its gorgeous beauty, it is dubbed an “underground palace”.

On the one-kilometer walk along the wood stairs inside the cave, you will be astonished by its enormous ceiling and stunning stalactite-stalagmite system. Further, you will feel at ease when entering the cave since the cool air is only 18 – 20 degrees.

Therefore, the cave’s magical beauty and pleasant atmosphere will give you a sense of walking around a real Paradise on this planet.

Mooc Spring

Mooc Spring nestles in the heart of the vast jungle in Phong Nha, giving you the perfect peace of a pristine and clear water area. On Mooc Spring, you can enjoy the tranquil setting of gentle birds’ songs and stroll the paths by bamboo. Besides, immersing yourself in the clear at about 18 to 22 degrees Celcius will make you feel relaxed and comfortable.

Remarkably, Mooc Spring Phong Nha is the most unique spring in Vietnam since the water at its source springs up underground and looks like it is boiling. Therefore, local people call it Mooc Spring, which means rising from the underground. You will see this more clearly on the way to Thien Duong cave.

Detailed Itinerary

7:30 – 8:00 am: Our driver and English guide will pick you up at your requested homestay/ hotel in Dong Hoi City or Phong Nha Town. After getting in the car, your Paradise Cave and Mooc Spring full-day tour starts.

9:00 am: When we get to the ecotourism Paradise Cave’s parking lot area, we take a buggy car ride through the forest to reach the Paradise Cave.

Upon arrival, your Paradise Cave exploration with our excellent local guide will start. From the foot of the mountain, you can choose to conquer one of two paths to reach the cave entrance. It is a 570m path without steps or another path with 524 steps.

At noon: After exploring Paradise Cave, we will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with delicious dishes.

1:00 pm: Continue the Paradise Cave – Mooc Spring daily tour by exploring the Mooc Spring. At the Mooc Spring, you can join in many activities, such as sightseeing, taking photos, swimming, kayaking, fishing, etc.

4:00 – 4:30 pm: After an afternoon of exciting experiences at the Mooc Spring, you get in our car to leave Nuoc Mooc Spring.

5:00 – 5:30 pm: Our private car driver will transfer you back to your homestay/ hotel in Dong Hoi city center or Phong Nha town. We finished the Paradise Cave And Mooc Spring 1 day tour.

Paradise cave entrance fee

• Adults: 250,000 VND/adult.
• Children over 1.3m are charged as adults.
• Children from 1.1m to 1.3m: 125,000 VND/child.
• Children under 1.1m tall are free.

Important notes:

• Pregnant women over 6 months cannot join the tour for your safety.
• Opening hours:

                          –  Summer: from 7:0 am to 4:00 pm                                                                   

                          –  Winter: from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

• Sold tickets are not refundable and are only valid within the visit day.
• Visitors have a cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure history, and elderly people should not visit the cave.
