Call Of The Nature 1-Day Tour’s Detailed Itinerary

In The Morning
7:30 – 8:30: Our local tour guide and car will pick you up at your homestay or hotel in Phong Nha town. After that, we will drive you to our headquarters for a nutritious and light breakfast. At the same time, you will hear about safety rules and a summary of the itinerary. Get acquainted with the support staff and start the trekking route towards Aquarium Cave.
9:00 – 11:00: We start our trekking journey to explore the deep forest of Survival Valley. Therefore, we will walk through the jungle, mountain, and rocky terrain for 3 km. Next, cross the vast grass hills to reach Dầu Rái primeval forest with hundreds of ancient trees.
Here, you will be immersed in the stunning natural scenery of rolling mountains, winding rivers, and streams. More specifically, a rich cave system, such as Thuy Cung Cave and Thung Trẹ Cave, has natural and pristine beauty.
11:30 – 12:30: After hours of walking in the forest, we reach Aquarium Cave (also known as E Cave, in Vietnamese: Thuy Cung cave). It has beautiful scenery of majestic mountains and forest nature in the core area of Phong Nha Ke Bang cave system.
Here, we will take pictures, have lunch, and rest to get the energy for the afternoon journey. Lunch is prepared with seasonal local specialties.
In The Afternoon
12:30 – 14:00: After the lunch break, we will swim in the cool, blue water at the entrance of Thuy Cung cave. Next, we dive and explore 150m inside Aquarium Cave – one of the most pristine river caves in Phong Nha National Park.
Moreover, Thuy Cung Cave is like an underwater aquarium with colorful and magnificent stalactites. When you dive and swim deep inside Thuy Cung cave, you will hear the bass sound of the water, the echo of the cave like a harmony of nature.
14:30 – 6:00: After exploring the aquarium cave, we continue trekking through the forest for 3km along the trail in Sinh Ton Valley to return to the starting point at the Ho Chi Minh Trail.

What Should You Bring In The Call Of Nature Tour?
- Comfortable clothing (ideally fabrics easy to absorb sweat and dry quickly): one swimsuit, one pajama, one trekking outfit, and extra clothing (if desired).
- A backpack can contain all your essentials (bottled water, smartphones, socks, sanitary supplies, hats, insect repellents, personal items, and so on). However, the maximum weight of your backpack should not be over 3 kilograms.
- Sports shoes or any shoes that are suitable for trekking and mountain climbing. Hence, we do not recommend you wear waterproof shoes because they’re hard to drain.
